Mike got introduced to a large majority of my family today!!! Already this trip is a success!
A flurry of aunts, uncles, cousins, cameras, languages and laughter.
Hair and makeup and attire at hotel. Mike looks awesome in his brand new Barong Tagalog. The women in various tan outfits. Wedding nuptials for my cousin Cacho and Michelle at the Cebu Cathedral. Reception at Chateau de Busay, in the high hills overlooking Cebu City. Fireworks, not one but 4 lechons! (roast pig). Also a healthy serving of dinuguan (pork with blood pudding) and rice. San Miguel beer.
Whew! What a day and what a night. Jet lag – schmet lag.
